Recipe planner
Pick an item and how many you want. The planner breaks it down step by step, all the way to things you farm, mine or loot, and adds up a shopping list. It starts with a
Roast Chicken.

How the planner decides
Section titled “How the planner decides”- Raw materials. Vanilla items, crops, wild plants and mob drops count as raw materials. Use the menu on a row to make one from a recipe instead, or to treat a made item as raw.
- Which recipe. When something has several recipes, the planner picks the main one over “from slices”, “from crate” and salvaging. You can switch on each row.
- “Any of”. When a recipe takes any of several items (say, any raw meat), the row shows one of them. Pick another in its menu and the shopping list follows.
- Loops. Recipes that would need the thing you’re making (a crate and its crop, a pie and its slices) are left out.
- Amounts round up to whole crafts. Cooking Pot meals add their bowl or other container. Cutting Board tools only lose durability, so they’re listed with the stations.
